During the beta period: - The Service is provided "as is" for testing and feedback purposes - Features may change, be added, or removed without notice - We may experience service interruptions or data loss (though we take precautions to prevent this) - Beta pricing is locked in for early adopters who maintain continuous service - We reserve the right to modify pricing for new customers after the beta period ends
To use the Service, you must: - Provide accurate and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access - Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent - Represent that you have authority to bind your organization to these Terms
You agree not to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or unlawful material - Impersonate another person or entity
- You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service ("Your Data") - You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide the Service - You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data - We recommend regular data exports (available in your account settings) - You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Data - You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data
- The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by TrustPuma - We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service - You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software - Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected - All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law - We may change pricing with 30 days notice (existing customers grandfathered) - Beta participants receive lifetime pricing guarantees - Failed payments may result in service suspension - You are responsible for all taxes
- We strive for 99.9% uptime for paid accounts - Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance - We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control - Beta users should expect occasional service disruptions for improvements
- We implement industry-standard security measures - See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling - You are responsible for implementing appropriate access controls within your account
- You may cancel your subscription at any time - We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations - Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 90 days - After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted - Fees are not prorated upon cancellation
- The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" - We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose - We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Beta users acknowledge the Service is under active development
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages - We are not liable for data loss (you should maintain backups) - Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you
You agree to indemnify and hold TrustPuma harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Your Data
- We may update these Terms from time to time - Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification - Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance - If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA - Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration - You agree to waive the right to a jury trial - Class action waivers apply where permitted by law
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TrustPuma - If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect - We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent - No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver - Section headings are for convenience only
